JBS teams up with Vivera in the plant-based food segment
Brazilian food giant JBS bought Europe’s third biggest plant-based meat alternative producer, the Vivera Group for USD 341 million. Three production facilities and an R&D centre located in the Netherlands were subject to the transaction. With this acquisition JBS can focus more on products with an added value
