Harrods open second H beauty emporium
Following the launch of its inaugural store in Lakeside, Essex in September 2020, Harrods has announced the opening of its next stand-alone H beauty destination in centre:mk, Milton Keynes.
The 29,000 sq.ft. space brings together a diverse portfolio of premium brands, must-have products and exceptional beauty services and experiences, according to Experience Retail Today the new site of Shop! Association.
New world for beauty enthusiasts
The latest H beauty is an experiential wonderland where beauty addicts and novices alike can find their forever-favourites as well as some of the industry’s most forward-thinking and vibrant brands. This curated product offering, paired with expert-driven service and everchanging retail innovation, creates a new world for beauty enthusiasts to discover, enjoy and enhance their inner and outer wellbeing.
The opening demonstrates Harrods Beauty’s ambitious journey to bring Harrods leading beauty expertise, curation, and luxury shopping experience to new communities across the UK. Each store is developed with the local beauty community in mind, bringing the latest must-have products and experiences to local customers, often for the first time. Inclusivity, empowerment, and self-expression lie at the heart of H beauty’s ethos, and Harrods buying team, led by Annalise Fard and Mia Collins, has carefully curated a spectacular offering that empowers the H beauty community to explore and celebrate their self-identity through beauty.
Luxury brands and services
The new H beauty store at centre:mk will house an array of luxury brands including Dolce & Gabbana, La Mer and Roja Parfums, as well as fantastic beauty services. H beauty’s perfumed playground enables clients to both fall in love with new signature scents and rediscover long-standing favorites. H beauty also houses a plethora of innovative makeup and hair care brands designed to optimise your beauty routine and elevate your beauty game.
Beauty bear, playtable and champagne
„Whilst our new store features iconic signatures such as Hari (our famous H beauty bear), a fantastic Champagne Bar and Playtable, it also offers a variety of new concepts and even more beauty-related experiences than before that will inspire and delight our customers as we seek to bring the ‘essence’ of Harrods Beauty to the area. Throughout the store, customers will discover the Playtable; providing access to dry hair styling, makeup demonstrations and experiential product testing, the Skincare Station; offering bespoke consultations and treatments, and finally the Click & Collect boutique; available from 6th May, for customers who shop online at Harrods.com
Finally, come May 17th, H beauty offers beauty lovers the perfect plan to sit, sip and reunite with friends at The Champagne Bar, a 44-seat social space with a decadent menu of patisserie and cocktails created by Harrods famous food and beverage team.
