First there were ‘food trucks’, now there are ‘fashion trucks’ too
In an article published at the Retail Customer Experience website Will Hodgkiss, the CEO of Venture Food Trucks revealed: fashion retailers can be successful with the same concept as food trucks. He lists the reason why in 5 points: 1. starting costs are less than half of a traditional shop’s, 2. the product selection can cover several styles, 3. the owner can decide about the opening hours flexibly, 4. by turning up at an event that suits the fashion truck’s profile the target group can be reached directly, 5. the concept has already proved its worth with the fashion truck Loft Girls in Ontario, Canada, started by Claire Bouvier and Niki Hodgkiss. //
