Sustainable mass catering is the focus of the Public Sector Catering Competition
This year is the 10th that the Public Sector Catering Competition (KÖSZ) is organised, bringing together catering professionals from institutions and workplaces to test their skills.

Participants pointed out that the right choice of packaging may also play a significant role in avoiding food waste

Teams can enter until 30 April 2025 in three categories: children’s and student catering, institutional adult catering and workplace catering. This year’s theme is sustainable catering, and the cost of ingredients for the menus to be cooked ranges from HUF 850 to HUF 1,250, depending on the category. //
