Diageo buys majority share in Seedlip
Diageo, the world’s largest spirits company has acquired a majority share in distilled non-alcoholic spirits brand Seedlip, as it seeks to serve a growing population of teetotallers in the UK.
The maker of Johnnie Walker whisky and Tanqueray gin bought a 20-percent stake in the spice-based drinks company back in 2016 through its venture capital arm Distill Ventures.
