The DélKerTész has taken measures to guarantee food safety
The Board of Directors of the Cooperative of the Gardeners of the South Plains (DélKerTész) took several measures to guarantee food safety standards at its meeting last – Ledó Ferenc, president of the cooperative told MTI on Wednesday.
The actions were taken after the National Food Chain Safety Office’s (Nébih) laboratory found unapproved active ingredients in peppers, criticized by Greenpeace earlier this month. On the basis of the results of the tests, the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) prohibited the marketing of the project and launched the official procedure. (MTI)
