Coca-Cola buys soy drink
Coca-Cola Co. will buy Unilever’s AdeS drink business line for USD 575 million. With this move the company plans to expand in the markets of Latin America. AdeS soy-based fruit drinks are well-known and popular all over South America – last year sales reached USD 284 million.
