Safe food production is aided by NAK’s new publication
Establishing and maintaining safe food production is essential for all actors in the food supply chain. The legislation obliges the actors in the chain to comply with the regulations and to produce products that, even with regard to further processing steps, do not endanger the health of consumers.
It should also be borne in mind that, as a result of the globalization of food supply and the consolidation of retail trade, there is a growing need to introduce internationally recognized food safety systems that focus on customer expectations.
