Big Data changes the future of HR
Big Data analysis can help to optimise the recruitment process for HR managers, for whom certain personal characteristics and competences (soft skills) have become more important by now than previous work experience and expertise (hard skills). According to the results of the latest studies, today it is still hard skills based on which a worker is recruited, but they will be laid off because of the lack of the necessary soft skills. A 2014 survey by McKinsey found that a company has the chance to realise 30 percent bigger profit per employee if it uses innovative HR technologies.
