Beiersdorf to acquire US beauty brand Chantecaille
Beiersdorf AG announced to have signed an agreement on the acquisition of US beauty brand Chantecaille. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2022. By this step, Beiersdorf extends its portfolio and strengthens its market position, especially in the US, China and Korea
