Investors pay bigger attention to sustainability considerations
According to a KPMG study, businesses seeking international investors have to consciously prepare for building a sustainable company, in accordance with environment, social and governance (ESG) aspects.

KPMG has interviewed 200 ESG professionals in the USA for the study, and the research found that almost three quarters (74%) of them have already incorporated ESG considerations into their M&A agenda. More than half of respondents reported that negative findings from the ESG review could prevent a deal from closing (51%) or lead to additional conditions (52%). //
