The basilian raspberry became the ice cream of the year
The basilian raspberry became the ice cream of the year, made by Somogyi Renáta, confectioner of the Bringatanya – Somogy ice cream shop in Gyenesdiás.
The competition was organized by the Hungarian Association of Hungarian Confectionery Guild in Szeged on Tuesday. In the competition, seventy ice creams of forty confectioners were judged by the professional and the public jury in four categories. (MTI)
