The amount of food per capita reached 680 kilograms in 2016, according to the latest “Food Balances” publication of the Central Statistics Office (KSH) – Világgazdaság Online wrote.
In Hungary, the amount of food per capita available to the population in 2016 increased by about 2 percent, compared to 2015. In these two years, domestic consumption increased by 5 percent, which was in line with the 2005 level. (vg.hu)
