250 kilograms of Kőröstej cheese was consumed at the world’s largest food exhibition
During the five days of the Gulfood exhibition, about 250 kilograms of cheese was consumed by the visitors at the booth of the Kőröstej Group in Dubai. Between 26 February and 2 March, thousands of people could meet the world novelty Hajdú gyros cheese, which is baked during the summer in 7-kilogram blocks similar to gyros.
The Kőröstej Group’s stand represented Hungary at the Dubai Gulfood Show, the world’s leading annual gastronomy trade fair, with the participation of 120 countries. The Kőröstej, the largest cheese producer of Hungary and one of the largest food exporter presented a world novelty in the Dubai World Trade Centre between 26 February and 2 March.
