Alcampo buys 235 DIA stores
Auchan’s Spanish subsidiary Alcampo has agreed to buy 35 supermarkets and a warehouse from DIA Group.
The acquisition will increase Alcampo’s existing network by more than 180,000m² of sales area. New stores will be integrated into the Alcampo network, making it possible for new customers to access Alcampo brands, products and services both online and in brick-and-mortar stores.
