Waberer’s logistics center in Debrecen could be completed by 2025
The Waberer’s Group is developing a 20,000 square meter warehouse complex after closing the purchase of the necessary land. The new logistics center can be completed by 2025, so Waberer’s will continue to develop its nationwide logistics centers in accordance with its strategic goals. Debrecen is one of the most dynamically developing regions of the country, and the company plans to serve several major automotive industry investments, related supplier companies, and its current clientele from here.
The Waberer’s Group has successfully completed the purchase of a 57,000 square meter construction site located in the frequented industrial zone of Debrecen, on which a logistics center of more than 20,000 square meters supporting the Group’s Contract Logistics Segment can be completed by the second half of 2025. Waberer’s plans to finance the purchase of the land and the construction of the warehouse by taking out a loan, as well as by taking out a grant from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. To support the investment, the Waberer’s Group has a non-legally binding offer, which can be called upon the approval decision of the Government and the fulfillment of the contractual conditions.
