2007 – a year of success and strategic decisions
In spite of negative processes in the sector, 2007 was a successful year for SIÓ-Eckes Kft. The restructuring of brands was completed as planned. SIÓ-Eckes Kft. has retained its market leading position with a market share of 25.7 per cent, which is 1 per cent higher than it had been at the end of 2006. SIÓ achieved 1.8 per cent growth, while hohes C achieved 0.2 per cent in terms of respective market share. SIÓ Prémium is more successful than granini discontinued in 2007, had been. As a result of this strategic decision, the SIÓ brand produced the best results ever. The other main element of the new strategy was the introduction of the SIÓ fresh&fruit product line. This youthful brand was already more successful in its first year than SIÓ Drinx had been. Hohes C is available in 11 flavours.
