A stable compass in the Hungarian FMCG sector for 20 years

– Hungarian Product celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2026. What does this anniversary mean for the organisation?

– For twenty years we have been working to ensure that the “Hungarian” label on products isn’t an empty claim, but verified content. We started in 2006 with the cooperation of 13 companies and today 250 companies use the trademarks on nearly 6,000 products.
– How has consumer attitude toward Hungarian products and trademarks changed over the past two decades?
– In the summer of 2025 we conducted a representative survey of 1,040 people, which showed that 90% of consumers are familiar with the trademarks and nearly 75% regularly purchase goods bearing these labels.
– What role does Hungarian Product play today, in times of market challenges?
– In difficult market conditions the value of the trademark is even more appreciated. Our goal is to make our partners feel that we provide more than just trademark use; we also offer ongoing professional support and professional communication.
