Gabriella Heiszler, president-CEO of SPAR Magyarország:
“In a large part our good results come from adapting flexibly to customer needs throughout the year, never forgetting about our main goals: serving shoppers with high quality, mostly Hungarian food products with a good price-value ratio”.
There were 623 SPAR stores in Hungary at the end of 2022. Last year the retailer invested HUF 17bn in modernising 11 stores, and home delivery is now available in 200 cities. With its 14,000 workers, SPAR is one of Hungary’s biggest employers. In 2022 SPAR spent HUF 4.3bn on modernisation in logistics and transportation.
