Women have more trust in the stability of their jobs
According to a joint survey conducted by BNP Paribas Cardif Insurance and Medián this August, it is still young people, Budapest dwellers and those with a college or university degree who are the most optimistic about the stability of their jobs. In comparison with the same period of 2016, the stability index increased by 6 percentage points to 66 points.
Márk István Kiss, CEO of BNP Paribas Cardif Insurance told that based on the trends of the last 2.5 years, it can be said that the trust of Hungarian workers in the stability of their jobs is growing quarter by quarter. They feel that even if they lost their job, they would be able to find a new one easily. 65 percent of men feel that they will keep their job for more than 5 years – the same proportion among women is 71 percent. 67 percent of those who work in retail trade think the same. //
