Squirrel meat is popular in London
A new gastronomic trend has appeared in London – origo wrote after The Telegraph. Some restaurants are trying to make meals made of squirrel meat, rather than exotic or specialty delicacies.
The unwanted guests, the gray squirrels, appear in the yards of many garden houses. In some districts of London, their populations have grown considerably in recent years, because they hardly have any natural enemies. The gray squirrels are considered by many to be invasive. (origo)
