KSH: retail sales accelerated again in August
According to the raw data, the volume of retail sales increased by 5.8 percent in August, compared to the same period last year.
Calendar effect adjusted, the volume of retail sales increased by 4.3 percent in August, compared to the same period last year – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Wednesday. In the previous month, in July, retail sales increased by 2.9 percent an calendar effect adjusted by 3.9 percent. Growth in consumption is continuous since July 2013. (MTI)
