Extreme Digital: domestic e-commerce sales in November are expected to be higher than in December
Thanks to the black Friday sales, the November sales of e-commerce in Hungary are expected to be higher than the December sales – Várkonyi Balázs, executive director of Extreme Digital told at the company’s press conference on Thursday.
The CEO emphasized that Black Friday became a major part of Hungarian retail trade, according to a survey by GKI Digital last year, 62 percent of webshops joined the action. This year, this rate may be up to 80 percent.
He added that Hungarian e-commerce shows an increase of around 20-30 percent this year, so it may reach 500 billion HUF. (MTI)
