NAK helps to find information with food books
The National Chamber of Agriculture (NAK) has launched a series of “Food Industrial Handbooks”, which provides information on the domestic food manufacturers, their knowledge and support the production of quality foodstuffs.The first part of the series introduced basic food concepts, which is followed by a books on gluten-free foods.
