The subsidies contributed to the development of apiculture
From 2010, the beekeeping industry has received almost 10 billion forints. 50 percent from budgetary and 50 percent from EU funds.
This amount has helped technological renewal, the development of bee-health protections, the development of apiculture researches and the professional development of beekeepers – Nagy István, Agriculture Minister said on Thursday at the consultation with the National Association of Beekeepers (OMME) – according to the Ministry of Agriculture’s announcement.
