Green warehouse from SPAR: environmentally friendly solution without fossils

At the planning and construction of the Spar warehouse in Üllő, environment protection was a priority as part of the company's basic philosophy.

The energy-efficient solutions in the warehouse, serve to reduce the environmental harm. The cooling and the heating of the Green warehouse is achieved without the use of fossil energy, so there is no harmful carbon dioxide emissions.
The energy demand of the Green warehouse is 40 percent lower – compared with conventional facilities.
The energy concept of the warehouse was nominated for the Consulting 2009 Award of Austria in "Environment and Energy" category.
