Tesco is building a green logistics centre at London Gateway
Tesco will open its new environmentally friendly distribution centre at DP World London Gateway in 2029.

The new facility will utilise energy-efficient technologies and is expected to earn one of the highest levels of recognition for sustainable buildings, the BREEAM Outstanding certification. Meanwhile Tesco has also introduced solar-powered refrigeration units in its home delivery fleet.
