Kika stores will be transferred int XXXLutz stores
Founded 75 years ago, the Austrian group of companies is the world’s second largest furniture retail chain with sales of 5.1 billion euros, with 320 stores in 13 countries, under the Möbelix and Mömax brands in Hungary. The acquisition of the domestic Kika stores from the Austrian Signa Group was made possible by the approval of the Hungarian Competition Authority in August 2019.
