Workania: young people prefer high wages, while the elderly seek security
People around age 40 earns the most money, while people over 55 and school leavers earn the least money in Hungary. Young people prefer high wages, while security is more important for the elderly – according to the latest online salary survey prospecting of Fizetesek.hu that is operated by the Workania jobs portal.
In its communication the Workania presents that 35-44 year old workers earn the most with an average average gross salary of 345 thousand HUF, followed by the 25-34 year olds with 315 thousand HUF, while the 45-54-year-olds have a gross salary of an average of 300 thousand HUF. The two most vulnerable age group for workers is workers over 55 and under age 25. The former group can expect a gross salary of 250 thousand HUF, while the latter 210 thousand HUF.
