Magazine: Where is the pantry key?

Nowadays everybody is cooking. It is trendy to eat delicious food, to try new flavours and to search for and exchange recipes. Some culinary bloggers have become real celebrities.
In the 1970s and 1980s people were just eating to stay alive. The 1990s brought a change in this, but in Hungary’s culinary culture there is still room for development, in spite of the fact that our traditions are strong – it is enough to mention the names of restaurant owner János Gundel or confectioner Emil Gerbeaud… Luckily demand is growing for high-quality food served in
good restaurants. The Sirha Budapest trade show will be waiting for visitors between 7 and 9 February 2018, but I am sure that before that Christmas will also inspire many to try new dishes! I wish everyone a good time in the kitchen and many creative ideas! //
