What is surimi?
Surimi is traditional Japanese paste made from sea fish. It is perfect for making sandwiches, cold and warm salads, and sauces. Surimi is made using finely minced and rinsed fish meat. It is white and practically has no scent or taste. High quality surimi can be eaten ‘raw’ and contains 30-50 percent fish, egg-white, starch and water. //
