Wellbeing Association: Workplace “well-being” – natural in the wider world, even less important at home
Nowadays, not only a stable, secure income is one of the main determinants of a good workplace. It is important for more and more employees to feel good in their work environment. The survey of the Wellbeing Association reveals that the awareness of well-being in Hungary is still only moderate, and although companies consider it important, implementation is still pending.

Employees appreciate it when their organization cares about their well-being
Workplace conditions are constantly changing, and so are employees. Employees do not necessarily plan to commit to a single company for many years, many companies are forced to face the increasingly strong turnover. And many companies, in addition to creating the expected environment and guaranteeing secure financial conditions, do not provide additional motivation to the employee. And this could also help with fluctuation problems. Employees appreciate it when their organization cares about their well-being; this has a staying power and a yield that can be grasped in numbers.
