FUN 2010: Former Unilever Network

This was the third year that former and present Unilever managers regularly met within the framework of FUN – Former Unilever Network. This year’s meeting, where the focus was on the role of management and managers in a changing world, was also a success. We convened in the Grand Hotel on Margaret Island on 26 November, to meet and discuss the events of 2010. These meetings are perfect occasions for us to recharge our batteries, to share success stories with the others. In the course of the evening we not only listened to serious presentations, but also played games and entered a prize draw. High spirits, great music and the general buzz all indicated that everyone was having a good time. When asked, FUN members said they definitely would like to meet again. The date and place are already set: 18 November 2011, Margaret Island. It is us who renew things and it is us who establish traditions. Life is like a cake, but we need to put the icing on this cake – this is what FUN takes care of.
