At the press event where the survey results were presented, it was revealed that the main problems and difficulties for VOSZ member companies were the declining purchasing power, inflation and – as a new element – the deterioration in the payment morale, told Ákos Kozák, director of business relations at the Equilibrium Institute. He also revealed that the proportion of firms whose managers believe their company’s sales revenue will be at least 10% below plan grew in the last quarter, and the share of those who think it will exceed plan rose to 16%, which is the highest level for the whole year. It is good news that 93% of firms still have no tax debts and 81% have no payment problems, while 10% of businesses have no reserves at all, typically micro or self-employed small businesses. //
