The Czech Republic has become an attractive destination
About 13.6 million foreign tourists visited the Czech Republic in this year's first half, which is a ten percent increase year over year – the CzechTourism public tourism agency said in Prague on Friday.
In hotels, boarding houses, camps and private accommodation 5.3 million foreign tourists stayed. The number of overnight visitors from abroad was 7.1 million, the number of tourists traveling through the country was 1.2 million. The number of foreigners coming to the Czech Republic for a day moderately increased to more than 52 percent compared to the same period of the last year. (MTI, tozsdeforum.hu)
