The mother company of ACNielsen has changed its name from VNU to The Nielsen Company. The aim behind this change was to put the best known brand of the group, the market research company ACNielsen in focus. The corporate image has also been renewed, which is apparent if we take a look at their web-site. The Hungarian subsidiary of ACNielsen has become the leading source of information for FMCG trade. Their most popular service is the Retail trade Index.
