Ministry of Rural Development: the new EU regulation on food labeling has been published
The new EU regulation on food labeling has been published, which was agreed under the Hungarian Presidency, and which is intended to provide consumers to find healthier foods easier.
The Ministry of Rural Development (VM), in its communication sent to MTI on Wednesday points out that the new EU regulation enters into force on the 12th of December 2011, and gives three years for the businesses to apply the new rules – reports MTI.
