BAT and Amazon under investigation in Italy about tobacco heater ad
British American Tobacco and Amazon are under investigation in Italy, because regulators claim one of their ads for the Glo Hyper X2 tobacco heater is potentially misleading. The regulator opines that the tobacco heater was marketed as nicotine-free.
