A drop in the British purchasing mood in the market of malls
Recently, more than 20, around 1.5 billion pounds of combined capital value shopping centers entered the UK investment market.
Nevertheless, the investment activity declined in the second quarter of 2011, only nine 479 million pounds worth transactions were concluded.
This is a significant drop, compared to the previous quarter’s 13 t transactions of 2 billion pounds worth of investment volume, which agreements concluded at the end of 2010 – reports portfolio.hu.
