The previous level of the food chain supervision fee to be restored
In accordance with last week's news, the government really gave ground in connection with the food chain supervision fee. According to the bill, the previous flat rate of 0.1 percent rate has to be restored – the portfolio.hu wrote.
The submitted amendment brought the legislation that was in force before 2015 back, causing much payable fees to stores with less turnover, ie according to the new regulation the stores should not have to pay a special tax (under 500 million HUF turnover). The law was amended on the basis of the European Commission's propositions. (portfolio.hu)
