VinCE Budapest – The event begins in the Várkert Bazár on Thursday

At the VinCE Budapest Wine Festival the visitors can choose between 15 master courses mainly on biodynamic farming, and can learn about the products of 160 exhibitors – Jandrasics Borbála, head of the VinCE Budapest Wine Show told M1 news channel on Monday.

Biodynamic farming is not only means a chemical-free status, but it involves, for example, the cultivation of wine in harmony with nature, taking into account the moon cycles, and ploughing with horses instead of machines – she added.

There is growing interest in biodynamic farming. Farmers are rediscovering the ancient methods in the spirit of sustainability and “the return to nature” – Jandrasics Borbála added.

The VinCE Budapest can be visited in the Várkert Bazár for three days from Thursday. (MTI)
