The traditional food of the region and its novel ways of preparing are presented at the first Village Food Festival on 18 May in the Göcsej Village Museum in Zalaegerszeg.

The festival program answers the question of how to use the original raw material to preserve the traditional dishes of the cuisine of Göcsej, while preserving the original taste – Varjú András, head of the museum said at the press conference on Wednesday. (MTI)
