Starbucks names over 3,500 “Greener Stores” globally
Starbucks has certified 3,508 of its eco-friendly Greener Stores worldwide, by this expanding the programme to 20 regions as part of its strategy to speed up progress towards what it calls “resource-positive targets”. Greener Stores first appeared across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Starbucks is expanding the program into Latin America and the Caribbean, by building all-new stores in the region under the Greener Stores framework by the end of this year.
