The Association of Managers’ Countries and the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers signed a cooperation agreement for the future of management training
The National Association of Managers and the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers (VOSZ) solemnly signed their strategic cooperation agreement, which strengthens the cooperation between the two organizations in the further training and education of business managers.
The parties were represented at the event by István Kapitány, president of the Managers Association, former global executive vice president of Shell, and János Eppel, president of VOSZ. The signing marks the beginning of a new era for both organizations, which will have a significant impact on the Hungarian business sector and the development of business leaders.
Captain István emphasized that this agreement is based on the mutual sharing of knowledge. An increasing number of entrepreneurs are present in the membership of the Managers’ Association, which brings together top managers. Cooperation can thus give them the opportunity to enjoy not only the association’s programs, but also VOSZ’s programs and advocacy. In addition, the aim of the Managers’ Association is the continuous development of managers’ competencies, for which purpose it also launches various highly successful mentoring programs several times a year, through which it can also support the professional development of entrepreneurs.
János Eppel emphasized at the event: “Today’s business environment is changing dynamically. Today, business management is not only about technical knowledge, but also about many invisible competencies that are essential for success. Leading the future requires continuous learning and development.” The cooperation between the Managers’ Association and VOSZ offers a new opportunity for company managers to have up-to-date knowledge and skills. According to Eppel: “In order for managers to be able to stand their ground, they need the most modern knowledge and a development-oriented approach. Therefore, we are happy to welcome the cooperation, which provides an opportunity to support entrepreneurs with joint efforts.”
Within the framework of the agreement, the parties will start joint work, which includes management training, workshops and professional events. Their purpose is to share knowledge taking into account the latest trends and challenges. This intention is reflected in the development of targeted programs aimed at various areas of business life, such as digital transition, sustainability, development of management skills and strengthening of strategic thinking.
The cooperation between the Managers’ Association and VOSZ is an important step for the entrepreneurial and company management community, as it aims to support the continuous development of Hungarian managers, increase the competitiveness of Hungarian businesses and contribute to a sustainable future.
