The cafe chain strenghtens its staff with veterans
One of the world’s most popular coffee chain the Starbucks would create 240 thousand jobs by 2021 worldwide. A significant part of the new employees would be youngsters or veterans – origo.hu wrote.
Starbucks want to significantly expand the number of employees in the coming years. Howard Schultz, the company’s chief executive told the annual meeting of shareholders that the company wants to provide work to 15 thousand veterans and their dependents by 2025.
The company would like to apply not only to veterans. They would hire 60 thousand unemployed young people as well by 2020.
This is only a fraction of global plans, the cafe chain until 2021 would create 240 thousand new jobs worldwide. (origo.hu)
