PRRS decontamination makes Hungarian pig-breeding more competitive
The making of the Hungarian pig-breeding Porcine Reproductive & Respiratory Syndrome –free (PRRS) will make the Hungarian pig-breeding more competitive and may open new export markets for the Hungarian farmers – the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) told MTI on Monday.
According to the informations, after the approval of the European Union, the amendment of the PRRS regulation entered into force on 18 March, so the eradication program takes place in Hungary is accepted by the European Union as well. (MTI)
