According to EY’s international research, there is a sharp divide between senior executives and users when it comes to the reliability of AI. While most managers believe their companies have already exploited the potential of AI, users remain concerned about data protection, transparency, and the risks of misleading content and manipulation. AI expert Dr George Tilesch believes companies need to rethink their processes and establish stable governance frameworks if they wish to create real value with the technology.
