The catering industry will not decrease the turnover of food delivery due to the VAT change
Kovács László told MTI: the measure introduced at the suggestion of MVI last November – the reduced VAT – had a very positive effect on turnover, the remaining amount could be spent on wages by businesses during the difficult period. According to the President, the move has largely lived up to expectations and no significant decline is expected due to established consumer habits. (MTI)
