Catering – the new rule is more favourable

In the middle of this year, a new regulation concerning catering units has been reinforced. The main purpose of the new rule is to make basic things more simpler by getting rid of unnecessary administrative procedures. Endre Kardeván, secretary of state in charge of agcicultural issues held a press conference about the new rules concerning food safety on Tuesday.
