They are training guests
András Réz’s Werk Academy will start a culinary programme: those participating in the nearly 100-hour course will learn the basics of domestic and international gastronomy, together with the latest trends in food consumption. In the past 2-3 years it has become fashionable to be knowledgeable about restaurant gastronomy. Participants will have the chance to visit ‘progressive’ places of Hungarian gastronomy. At the exam their task will be to develop the business plan, design, marketing plan and menu of a certain type of restaurant.
